GPJ01-C series cable connector barrel is designed according to arc ellipse shape. The barrel and base are sealed tightly by hoop lock. It is very convenient to install. For the convenience of cable penetration and disc fiber, the fixed frame of fusion plate is designed in the middle of the base of cable connector barrel. The fusion plate can be installed on both sides separately, and the left and right superimposed structure is adopted.
The base of the cable connector barrel is equipped with six optical cable inlet and outlet holes, which are sealed by rotated nuts. Once the optical cable is penetrated, the nuts are tightened, and the installation is completed.
The joint barrel and main structural parts of optical cable are made of engineering plastics with the same formula. Therefore, under different temperature environments, the shrinkage and expansion coefficients are the same, and the variation is the same, so the joint barrel has high reliability and sealability.
GPJ01-C type fiber optic cable joint cylinder shell main structure parts, inclined insert board, optical wrap fixing frame all adopt high strength imported engineering plastics – flame retardant polycarbonate (PC), and scientific and reasonable formula, injection molding. The product can effectively prevent material aging caused by heat, cold, light, oxygen and microorganisms in nature, and has good mechanical strength. The solid cable connector box shell and main structure can withstand the worse environmental changes. It also plays the role of flame retardant and waterproof, making vibration, impact, cable stretching and twisting. Wait for protection.
